The products themselves were totally fine, so no complaints there. But getting help with my order was frustrating. Customer service took a long time to get back to me, and when they did, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. I ended up having to follow up twice for something that should’ve been simple. Not a terrible experience overall, but definitely annoying.

I really wanted to like this, but the smell was weird and way too strong for me. It lingered more than I expected, and it kind of felt like they made it my problem to deal with how overpowering it was.

I ordered from Murchison-Hume because their site really gave off that cleaner, greener vibe, and I was excited to feel like I was making a better choice. But when the package showed up, there was more plastic than I expected, which felt confusing and a little frustrating.
The actual products were fine, so it’s not like I hated everything about the order. I just don’t love paying a premium for something that sends mixed signals on being eco-friendly once it’s actually in your hands. I probably wouldn’t order again.

I know packaging probably isn’t a big deal for everyone, but for something I keep out on my counter, the bottles just look kind of messy and cheap now. The labels are harder to read than before, and overall they don’t feel as nice to have sitting around.

For that price, I was expecting better results or at least more product. My regular supermarket cleaner does basically the same job for a lot less. It kind of feels like you’re mostly paying for the packaging

I ordered once and, the shipping was pretty much a mess. It dragged on forever with barely any updates, and the delivery date came and went with no real explanation. When I reached out to support, the replies were vague and didn’t help much. I don’t think I’d order again, it was just too much hassle

I really wanted to like the whole refill setup, but it turned into more of a hassle than I expected. Ordering the refills wasn’t super clear, the sizes aren’t that convenient, and I kept feeling like no one really “owns” the process if something doesn’t make sense. It’s more effort than just grabbing a regular cleaner, which kind of defeats the point for me. For the price, I expected it to feel smoother and easier. Not really worth it in my opinion.
